Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ImpNotes mobile application. By installing or using ImpNotes you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use ImpNotes on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes. The app is provided free of charge and contains no purchases or adverts.

2. Your account

Signing in with Google is optional. If you do sign in, you are responsible for keeping access to that Google Account secure. You may delete your ImpNotes account at any time — see Delete your account.

3. Your content

Your notes are yours. We claim no ownership over anything you write. We access your content only as needed to store and sync it for you, and we do not read, analyse, mine or use it to train anything.

You are responsible for what you store, and for making your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use ImpNotes for anything unlawful, or to store content you have no right to hold;
  • attempt to access another person's account or data;
  • probe, disrupt or overload the service or its infrastructure;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile or redistribute the app except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Availability

ImpNotes stores your notes on your device first, so the core of the app keeps working without a connection. Cloud sync depends on third-party infrastructure and may be unavailable from time to time. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice in the app for significant changes.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mrutyunjay Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Termination

You may stop using ImpNotes at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached in a way that harms other users or the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
